Nathan
Nathan founded Vellem to make brand identity accessible to founders who can see what a thoughtful brand looks like but don't have the budget or weeks to commission one. Before Vellem, Nathan spent over a decade in leadership development and operations roles, building the structures and systems that help small teams ship. He lives in Parker, Colorado with his daughter Jovie.

Naming
Vellem is from the Latin "I would wish" , first-person singular imperfect subjunctive of velle, to wish or want. We chose it because branding is, at its honest core, about making explicit what a founder already wishes for the company to feel like.
Pronounced "VEL-em." Always lowercase in writing. The wordmark sets it in italic Cormorant Garamond with a coral period after it.
