Is Pro a standalone subscription?

No. Pro is an optional add-on to the Vellem Kit. Every Vellem account starts with the Kit ($149 one-time). Pro is an optional monthly upgrade you can toggle on at checkout or anytime after. Your first month is free, and after that it's $19/month, billed monthly until you cancel. You cannot subscribe to Pro without first buying the Kit.

What happens when I check the Pro add-on at checkout?

The first month of Pro is free, so a $19 discount is applied to your total. You pay $130 today instead of $149. On day 30 (and every month after), $19 is automatically charged to the same payment method until you cancel. We email you 3 days before the first $19 charge so there's no surprise.

What if I want Pro but don't want to be charged $19 on day 30?

Cancel from your account page before day 30. You keep your Kit (because you paid $130 for it), you got a month of Pro features for free, and no further charges hit your card. You can always re-add Pro later for $19/month.

Can I add Pro later, after I've already bought the Kit?

Yes. From your account page, toggle on Pro at any time. First month free still applies. $19/month after that, cancel anytime.

If I cancel Pro after a few months, do I lose my brand kits?

No. Every kit you generated while on Pro is yours forever, with full commercial rights, accessible from your kit page indefinitely. Cancellation stops future $19 charges and disables further generation. Existing files stay yours.

Will I be reminded before being charged?

Yes. We email a reminder 3 days before each monthly Pro renewal. Including the very first $19 charge at the end of your free month. Your next billing date is always visible on your account page.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The Kit is $149 one-time. Pro is $19/month with the first month free. White Label is $499 one-time + $49/month for agencies. Taxes apply by jurisdiction and are shown at checkout before payment. No setup fees, no per-asset fees, no upcharges. The price you see is the price you pay.

What's White Label, and is it for me?

White Label is a separate tier for design studios, agencies, and freelance designers who want to deliver brand kits to their own clients under their own branding. $499 one-time setup + $49/month for platform access. If you're an end customer building one or more brands for yourself, the Kit (with optional Pro) is what you want.

Do you offer team or volume discounts?

Yes. If you need to generate kits for more than 10 brands a year and don't need full White Label, email hello@vellem.io for a custom plan. We work with several incubators and accelerators this way.

Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or students?

Yes. Email hello@vellem.io from your nonprofit or .edu address and we'll send you a 40% discount code applicable to any tier.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and most regional payment methods our processor supports. White Label can also be invoiced annually with payment by bank transfer if your team prefers that.

Is my purchase secure?

Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. We never see your card details. All transactions are encrypted in transit and at rest. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
